The Wildcat Family Card is not merchandise and it is not really a donation — it is the cheapest possible way to become a known quantity to your PTO.
One dollar does three things: it puts your household on the volunteer and announcement lists, it tells us which grades your kids are in so we only send you things that apply to you, and it saves your payment method so the next time we ask for anything — a $5 sticker, a $20 gift, a festival ticket — it is one tap instead of a form.
