One form puts your family on the PTO’s list. Tell us how to reach you, what you might help with, and — only if you want to — your kids’ names and grades, so we only ask you about the things that apply to you.
Your kids’ information is optional. It goes to our contact system (HubSpot), never into this website, and only the PTO board and the Communications chair can see it. Exactly how we handle it is in our privacy policy.
