The Wildcat Family Card.
One dollar, one form, once a year. It puts your family on the list and tells us which grades your kids are in, so we only ask you about the things that actually apply to you.
Not merchandise. Not really a donation either — think of it as a library card for the PTO.
Why a dollar

Saved cards are coming shortly. Once they are switched on, a $5 sticker, a festival ticket or a Wildcat Way donation becomes one tap instead of a form.
We can plan
Knowing who is willing to help with what, before we need it, is the difference between a good year and a scramble.
Honest math: after processing fees a dollar nets us about forty-nine cents. We are asking for the information, not the dollar.

About your kids
The children’s fields are optional.
We ask for names and graduation years because that is what lets us send you only what applies to your family — and we ask for last names because at this school they often differ from a parent’s, and between siblings. If you would rather not, skip them — you still get counted, still join a committee, still get the dollar receipt.
What we do with it: names and grade years live in our HubSpot account, visible to the board and the Communications chair. They are never published on this site, never shared outside the PTO, and never sold. Ask us to delete your record at any time and we will, same day.
Already gave this year?
Then you are on the list — you do not need to do this twice. If your kid changed grades or you changed email, send us a note and we will update it.
